Each piece of jewelry is loving made in my home studio in St. Louis, MO. Each order will be packed in a gift box with a bow ready for giving.
Payment
Payments are made through Paypal with either a credit card or Paypal balance.
Shipping
I ship 1st class with delivery confirmation through USPS. Packages shipped 1st class within the US generally takes 2-5 days to arrive. International packages generally arrive in 1-2 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks. Most of my items are made to order (created especially for you after purchase). Please allow up to one week for completion plus any additional time for shipping. Ready to ship items will go in the mail within 48 hours of purchase.
International Orders
International packages will be shipped 1st class mail which generally takes 1-2 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks. Some countries apply import taxes and customs fees on all packages over a certain price coming into the country. I can't know if your country will charge you or what the fee might be. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. In accordance with international laws, I include a receipt in every international package I mail out.
Returns
I want all my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may contact me within 7 days of delivery about returning items. When I receive the undamaged item back, I will refund the entire purchase price. I cannot refund shipping charges or personalized items.
Ring Sizing
There are various ring sizing charts which can be found online but the best way to get an accurate size is to get measured at a jeweler. I am happy to resize any ring one time free of charge. Please contact me if your ring does not fit perfectly.
